August Business & Personal Development Podcast Recommendation
August is here so it’s time for my podcast recommendation! We will start to have new episodes from many podcasts that took a break over the summer. This podcast just started recently and I love it! This months podcast recommendation is a personal development podcast called Life Made Lovely.
Erin is a creative business and life coach. I was first introduced to Erin on the Blog Fuel podcast. She is one-half of my favorite podcast duo. When I found out she was doing her own podcast as well as Blog Fuel I was stoked. She is 6 episodes in and I was able to listen to all her podcasts in 2 days. Subscribe to the podcast on Itunes and listen. It’s a good for your soul podcast!
Her podcast is for ladies who run their own business but based on personal growth instead of a business process podcast.
Even though the podcast is for boss ladies I think everyone can benefit from listening to a few of the episodes.
Episode 1: Overcoming Fears – this podcast is about fears that hold you back. This podcast is relevant to everyone. It doesn’t matter if you are running your own business or working in the career world and looking to go back into the career world, this is one to listen to. Everyone has fears and it’s time to get over them!
Episode 2: Comparison and Competition – This is another one that I think you should listen to. It’s definitely focused on those that own their own business but even those in the career world will benefit from this episode.
Episode 4: No More Excuses – Excuses are part of every job and career. I think the excuses episode goes hand in hand with the overcoming fears episode. I can think of at least a dozen excuses on why I haven’t done certain things. It’s enough and time to move forward.
Episode 6: Self Care is a Business Must – as moms self-care is a must regardless of whether or not we own our own business. This is the one area that I think a lot of us lack in.
I am super excited to see what the future episodes hold. Learning is a passion of mine. I have a lot of business podcasts I listen to so it’s nice to be reminded to take a step back and look at the overall picture of your life.
Go subscribe to Erin’s podcast and enjoy!
